Now that I received the great news regarding my right shoulder I will incorporate Tom House Shoulder DVD exercises for the next 10 to 14 days as part of my Long Drive Workouts.
Once I feel my shoulder is pain free, I will begin to increase the intesity of my training.

Last Wednesday after I received therapy and a double shot of Traumeel on my sore right shoulder I decided to rest the last four days. Traumeel is a natural substance that can provide healing, reduce inflammation and pain, helping to speed recovery from injuries to soft tissues such as muscle, tendon and ligaments. On Monday October 4th. I had the opportunity to meet my new coach Gabriel Lopez and invested three days of physical training and evaluations. After we finished I learn a lot about myself and the areas I have to correct and improve if I want to win The Remax World Long Drive Championship in 2011.
